We accept payments through Razorpay using the following modes:

Debit Cards
UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
Net Banking
Wallet Payments (as supported by Razorpay)
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay’s payment gateway.
By initiating a payment, you:
Confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and authorized by you.
Authorize DigiAgrow to charge the specified amount for the selected product/service.
Agree that we are not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect payment details.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
DigiAgrow reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
Taxes (if applicable) will be charged as per government regulations.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS or on-screen notification.
If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us before retrying the payment to avoid duplicate charges.
In case of a failed transaction, the amount may be debited from your account but will typically be refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days.
DigiAgrow is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Certain services/products may be non-refundable; this will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
All transactions are processed through Razorpay, which uses secure encryption technology.
DigiAgrow does not store your card or payment details on its servers.
DigiAgrow shall not be held liable for any payment failures due to:
Internet issues
Payment gateway downtime
Bank-related issues
We are also not responsible for unauthorized use of your payment instruments.
Any payment-related disputes should be reported to us within 7 days of the transaction.
We will investigate and resolve disputes in coordination with Razorpay and relevant financial institutions.
